Savoy Cabbage with Pinot Grigio Dressing


Chop savoy cabbage to desired size, add salt and pepper to taste, and a dressing that is equal parts of extra virgin olive oil, rice vinegar, and pinot grigio and just a pinch of raw sugar (or processed sugar if that's what you have). This is a lighter version than traditional mayo based slaw recipes and goes great with a chicken or fish dish.
